Anders is one month old already.
Our first outing (not including the doctor) was to meet Great Grandma Angie. Anders is her 20th great grandchild!
Part of the reason I like the name Anders is it honors my Anderson side of the family. Here are the 4 generations of Andersons.
He also got to meet Great Grandma Jackie who was married to his other namesake Great Grandpa Tip. Tip got his nickname as a boxer in the Navy.
Anders attended his first, First Thursday. This month Bernie picked Cheerios as one of his favorite meals. Yes, Anders is smaller than a Cheerios box, however, at 3 weeks he was up to 6 lbs 9 ounces! And no more doctors appointments until 2 months - YAY!
I was thrilled to have an end of April due date so I could have a nice weather maternity leave. I wouldn't exactly call the weather this spring nice but we did finally get to test out our fancy new stroller.
Cousin Hannah turned 6 and Anders was invited to his first birthday party.

Brian and I went to an Uptown bar crawl to celebrate Lisa's birthday. Grandma Jane bravely agreed to watch both Anders and Elise for the evening. It was my first time away so I missed him terrible but refrained from calling home (mostly because no one would let me.) Four bars and several kiddie cocktails into the night I couldn't take it any more and we went home.
