Kamp Dels

Amelia and I had to miss out on our first day of camping at Kamp Dels this year because of a bad case of strep. We got in some extra cuddle time and some treats before Grandma Dorla came to the rescue and took her for the weekend.

I made it in time to enjoy this....

 

Unfortunately it was a little cold for the waterpark.

Anders tried to be tough.

We found other ways to have fun.

Small group this year but one of my favorite places to camp.

Amelia had a good time recovering and rehydrating with Grandma.

Fourth of July Fun

We spent Fourth of July weekend at Brian and Melody's lake house in Clear Lake, Iowa.

We had such a good time swimming, fishing and hanging with family!

 

Then fireworks at Canterbury. Anders even ditched the headphones for the first time,

which made Reuben happy.

More Summer

Summer literacy kick off party at the library.

Track camp.

Hail storm gave us a new roof, siding, a couple windows and a fun learning experiment.

 

Football camp.

And water balloons have made for a fun summer so far.

Muddy Puddles

Amelia has developed a love of puddles and, coincidentally,  Peppa Pig.
