Baby Giggles

52 Hickory and 54 Neptune

We said goodbye to my childhood home this month. On the way to our last visit we stopped by the house I lived in when I was five. My handprint is still in the sidewalk and pretty close to the size of Anders' hand.

He got to jump off the stone wall made by Grandpa Al.

 

Then it was fun to show him all the nooks and crannies at the Neptune house.

This house is full of many happy and sad memories but these people are my favorite part of those memories and I get to take them with so it wasn't as sad as I thought it would be. 

 

This is Ridiculous

This birthday crossed over to ridiculous when our neighbors called that morning and offered Anders Timberwolves tickets in a suite. He was in heaven!!

More Five

We were invited to celebrate Nina's Birthday at a water park hotel. Since it was the day before Anders real birthday we decided to spend the night.

 I took zero pictures of Anders and only this one of Nina holding Amelia but I did manage to take a picture of Amelia's first swim.

 

On his real birthday Anders requested a restaurant that sings to you and an afternoon assembling the legos he got as gifts.

 

 

 

 

 

Four Months

Getting a four month picture was difficult.

For some reason Anders (who never wants to be in a picture) was in a picture taking mood that day.

And Amelia can roll now so many looked like this. Check out that bald spot :)

Fortunately we just got some cute professional pictures taken.

With four months came warmer weather and a whole new wardrobe. So fun!

Five

Anders had a bounce house at his last birthday party and he REALLY wanted to do it again. Unfortunately it was 39 degrees this year.

Fortunately these are hardy MN kids and it didn't phase them a bit.

Anders even wore his new jersey and shorts for part of the day.

Uncle Ken made him a Captain America cake.

 

Birthday songs were sung. Wishes were made.

I can't believe he is already five!

Marvels Live

We got tickets to Marvels Universe Live for Anders 5th Birthday. It was a great show with awesome special effects. My only complaint; $15 cotton candy.

Anders was proud to dress up and loved the attention.

He always kind of likes the bad guys.

We took 100 this was the best we could get.

Spring Fever

St. Patrick's Day. My little red head looks a little Irish.

Cousin play date at Good Times Park.

After (half) joking for so long that I was going to have to go to college and dress Anders, he finally started dressing himself and picking out his own clothes. I should be more careful what I wish for.

Spring sure is taking its own sweet time this year! But we are ready!!
